Here are some building and permitting tips, and just some other things that you might want to take into consideration!

(keep in mind that these are just suggestions, not requirements)

What your TSN should be like:

• Shouldn't draw little kids

• Has a table to put items on

• Has chair back so people can slump

• Is able to accommodate multiple people

• Should be comfortable enough to study

• Shouldn't hide pests and animals

• Isn’t too big

• Isn’t too hard to build

• Should be durable

• Shouldn't be enclosed (might hide crime)
